Team Training
For Teams
The Edge offers team training for almost any sport. Team training is an exciting way to improve your teams overall athletic ability. The team environment gives a unique and fun dynamic to working out. Teammates push each other to excel with the ultimate goal of improving team performance.
Off-season and In-season training are available. Off-season training is a chance to train hard and get stronger. The most intense training should occur when your team is furthest from its’ competitive pinnacle. In-season training allows for muscle maintenance and injury prevention during the rigors of an intense season, and allows for your team to peak at the right time.
