How do you Stack Up?

Curious how you stack up to other athletes your age? Or just want to measure your improvement? The Edge measures and tests all athletes that utilize their strength and conditioning programs. The Edge also offers athletic testing services by appointment.

The Edge tests for power, speed, and agility.

  • Vertical Jump and Long Jump: Are tested to measure an athlete’s strength and power.
  • 20 yard and 40 yard dash: Are tested to measure speed and acceleration.
  • Pro-Agility, L-Drill, and T-Test: Are tested to measure speed and agility, and to test the athlete’s ability to stop, start, and change direction efficiently and quickly.

With proper training results will improve, and with improved power, speed, and agility comes increased performance.
